DELIVERY IN MAINLAND FRANCE and BELGIUM
FREE DELIVERY FROM 60€ SPEND IN MAINLAND FRANCE AND BELGIUM WITH SO COLISSIMO
The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking but no signature required. Once your package is with the Post Office, you will receive a link allowing you to track delivery online
So Colissimo delivers either to the address given or a collection point of your choice. You will be shown a list of your nearest collection points after opening your account.
Orders confirmed and paid for before 12pm are shipped the same day, except for weekends, public holidays and special events such as sales, when they are shipped on the next working day.
International delivery
FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, SHIPPING IS FREE ON ORDERS OVER €150 REGARDLESS OF THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.
For international orders below €150, shipping costs are as follows:

Packaging
We take great care when packing your order: every Le Chat item is delivered folded in a gift bag. Packages are oversized and protected. Tax-free prices for non-European Union residents
If you are a resident of:
- a country outside the European Union;
- an overseas department: French Guiana, Réunion;
- an overseas territory or the overseas collectivities of Mayotte and Saint-Pierre and Miquelon;

Once you have placed your order and given your delivery address, the price of your order will automatically be displayed tax-free.
