This certificate guarantees that the garment’s composition contains no harmful substances or any that can present a health risk.
ECOVERO™
This certificate guarantees that the viscose is an environmentally-friendly fabric created from wood pulp sourced from sustainably-managed forests certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) or PEFC (Pan European Forest Certification), produced by the Austrian company Lenzing.
Viscose is a textile made using plant-based materials such as wood pulp. The manufacturing process itself is artificial, so we refer to such fabrics as being 'synthetic fibres of natural origin'. Viscose is also called 'artificial silk' for its silky feel and shine, and its incredible softness.
