Nous vous présentons nos excuses sincères pour le désagrément causé par l'annulation d'une pièce de votre commande.
En effet, nous avons rencontré une rupture de stock inattendue sur cet article après validation de votre commande. Nous vous avons immédiatement informée de cette situation par e-mail le 25 août et avons procédé dans les plus brefs délais au remboursement intégral de la pièce concernée, effectué ce même jour.
Nous tenons à préciser que les deux autres articles de votre commande globale ont bien été expédiés et livrés le 27 août 2025 comme prévu.
